We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. Standard shipping (3–7 business days) is free on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 incur a flat $6.95 shipping fee. Expedited shipping (1–3 business days) is available for $14.95.
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date the order is placed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer are outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
At this time, SmartNexis ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
SmartNexis is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to our support team at support@smartnexis.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
